Uploading Lab Results
How to Upload
- Navigate to Labs in the sidebar

What Happens Next
The system automatically:
- Extracts all biomarkers from your report
- Matches them to standard reference ranges
- Classifies each value (optimal, normal, low, high)
- Updates your health score
Understanding Your Results
Each biomarker shows:
- Value — Your measured value
- Status — Color-coded indicator (green = optimal, yellow = normal, red = out of range)
- Reference Range — Normal and optimal ranges for your age and sex
- Trend — How this value has changed over time (if you have previous labs)
Comparing Labs
Go to Labs → Compare to see side-by-side comparisons between two lab reports. This shows exactly how your biomarkers have changed.
Connecting Wearable Devices
Supported Devices
| Device | What It Tracks |
|---|---|
| Oura Ring | Sleep quality, readiness score, HRV, activity |
| Whoop | Recovery, strain, sleep, HRV, workouts |
| Dexcom CGM | Continuous glucose levels |
| Libre CGM | Continuous glucose levels |
How to Connect
- Go to Settings → Wearables
- Click Connect next to your device
- You’ll be redirected to the device provider’s website

What Data Gets Synced
Data syncs automatically once per day (at 3:00 AM UTC). You can also trigger a manual sync from the Wearables page.
Your health score uses wearable data for 40% of its calculation, so connecting a device significantly improves the accuracy of your score.
Disconnecting
Go to Settings → Wearables and click Disconnect next to the device you want to remove.
Protocol Management
What is a Protocol?
A protocol is your personalized supplementation or peptide therapy plan. It includes:
- The compounds you’re taking
- Dosage for each compound
- Frequency (e.g., 2x daily, 3x per week)
- Duration and cycle information
Creating a Protocol Stack
- Go to Stacks in the sidebar
- Click Create New Stack
- Add items (peptides, supplements) with dosages
- Set your schedule and cycle length
- Save your stack
Tracking Adherence
When you take your daily dose:
- Open your active protocol
- Click Check In or tell Luna “I took my BPC-157 today”
- Luna tracks your streak and celebrates milestones
Weekly Check-Ins
Each week, complete a quick check-in rating:
- Pain level (0–10)
- Sleep quality (0–10)
- Mood (0–10)
- Energy (0–10)
- Mobility (0–10)
- Side effects (yes/no)
- Notes
Check-ins contribute 30% to your health score and help Luna track your progress.
